Plus, monk costumes aren’t that common in renaissance faires, so the chances you’re gonna bump against another monk is relatively small. You can accessorize this costume further by adding a leather bag or pouch around your waist.

Wizards are perfect costumes because they relive the magic of the medieval times through colourful costumes and creative props. While it might not be possible to grab a noble steed to accompany your over-all costume, knights are a romantic choice to go for. Not only are they women’s favourite, they also exude masculinity. In renaissance faires, knights are a common choice because of their active participation and visibility during the medieval times. Knights costumes are not hard to find, since they are available in most costume shops. You can complement your costume with a realistic shield and a silver sword.
